The DUALCOOL™ AI Air, an advanced air conditioning solution, combines AI Core-Tech with intelligent sensors to deliver powerful cooling, comfort, and energy savings. Powered by the AI DUAL Inverter™, the system detects the ambient temperature of the space and intelligently adjusts temperature, airflow direction, and speed accordingly for consistent comfort. The AI Air mode features the Human Detecting Sensor, which precisely tracks the user’s location and learns usage patterns through spatial analysis by the ThinQ app to create the most efficient airflow pathway.  The function also automatically adjusts the settings to create a comfortable indoor environment, delivering direct airflow for fast cooling or heating and transitioning to Soft Air mode with indirect airflow when the room reaches the ideal temperature

Intelligent sensor

The Human Detecting Sensor scans up to 5 meters, dynamically adjusting airflow and direction based on a person’s presence and location. If no one is detected, the system automatically switches to power-saving mode or shuts off, avoiding unnecessary energy use. The human detecting sensor and window open detection allow the air conditioner to swiftly sense changes in the room, activating energy-saving mode when the space is unoccupied or if the temperature suddenly fluctuates.

LG’s ThinQ app improves user control with kW Manager, enabling real-time energy monitoring and custom power limits. This proactive approach helps manage consumption effectively, offering peace of mind and cost savings. The DUALCOOL AI Air also features a Dual Inverter Compressor, which reduces power usage by up to 70% compared to standard models. It operates quietly, ensures long-lasting performance, and maintains stable cooling, even in extreme temperatures.

AI Air Mode automatically adjusts cooling patterns in three stages: fast cooling, indirect airflow, and soft breeze. Maintaining indoor air quality is simple with All Cleaning Mode via the ThinQ app. This feature automates maintenance, including Freeze Cleaning™, condensed water flushing, and Auto Clean+ drying. For even fresher, cleaner air, users can activate the Plasmaster™ Ionizer++, which can eliminate up to 99.9 percent of adhering bacteria, effectively capturing dust, bacteria, and debris.
