ELANPRO introduces refrigeration and automated retail solutions at AAHAR 2025

ELANPRO’s new product line-up at AAHAR 2025 demonstrates innovation in precision cooling, AI-powered vending, and next-gen kitchen refrigeration. With a vision to build a refrigeration ecosystem, its latest offerings are designed to improve efficiency, improve food preservation, and streamline business operations across the food and beverage industry.

Among the offerings, Elanpro’s Blast Freezer for cold rooms features a Made in India cooling system. The cooling system integrates international engineering with home-grown expertise to ensure rapid, reliable, and energy-efficient cooling in Indian weather conditions. The product is equipped with a condenser and evaporator developed by the company’s in-house R&D team. With the ability to accommodate GN 1/1 x 20 trays on a rolling trolley, the product is engineered for high-volume operations in the frozen food industry, airline pantries and airport lounges.

Elanpro has introduced the Pre-Mix Cooler. Designed for efficiency and convenience. It is for quick-service restaurants aiming to serve chilled and refreshing beverages with ease. The compact machine features three to four (optional) dispensing valves, allowing multiple flavours to be served simultaneously. The advanced carbonation hold system allows the preservation of fizzy and flavourful drinks for up to 48 hours, ensuring a consistently refreshing experience. Capable of chilling 18 to 24 litres at once, the new beverage dispenser by the company ensures a smooth, uninterrupted flow of 72 to 96 glasses per cycle, making it a game-changer for high-demand beverage service.

The company recently announced its entry into the automated retail market by acquiring a 41 percent stake in smart vending startup- Wendor. Enhancing this innovative portfolio, Elanpro also showcases the AI and IoT-enabled vending machines and smart lockers that offer automatic, integrated, smart vending of items like snacks, beverages and FMCG. The next-gen solutions feature one -of its -kind facial recognition technology alongside payment access modes like QR codes, OTPs, and RFID cards. Ideal for workplaces, educational institutions, and retail spaces, the product provides a fast, secure, and contactless self-service experience.

Adding to its premium offerings, the company also displays the Platinum Series Kitchen Refrigeration Solutions, to meet the demands of professional kitchens.
