Johnson Controls offers innovative low-GWP solutions

Johnson Controls has introduced the YORK® YMAE 575 V Air-to-Water Inverter Scroll Modular Heat Pump for use in Canada. This high-efficiency heat pump uses low-GWP refrigerant R-454B to reduce emissions and is built on the award-winning YORK® Amichi™ platform.

Johnson Controls, the worldwide leader in smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings, has introduced the YORK® YMAE 575 V Air-to-Water Inverter Scroll Modular Heat Pump for use in Canada. The high-efficiency heat pump is now available in a 575-volt type that meets the Canadian Registration Number (CRN) standards for pressurised equipment in select provinces.

The YMAE 575 V uses the low-GWP refrigerant R-454B to help reduce emissions. The YMAE 575 V, built on the award-winning YORK® Amichi™ platform, uses groundbreaking variable-speed electronic vapour injection (EVI) scroll technology to significantly expand heating capacity.

The YMAE 575 V, with its flexible, modular design, offers an energy-efficient solution that is suitable for a variety of applications such as businesses, schools, healthcare facilities, and multi-unit residential complexes.

With Energy-Efficient Solution highly flexible, modular design, the YMAE 575 V provides an energy-efficient solution that is compatible with a wide range of applications including offices, schools, healthcare facilities, and multi-unit residential buildings.

This modularity simplifies installation and provides added design flexibility. Up to four modules can be factory-kitted to expand capacities while maintaining a minimal footprint.

The YORK® YMAE 575 V Air-to-Water Inverter Scroll Modular Heat Pump is part of the OpenBlue platform of connected equipment and is available on a short lead-time.
