Front casing, rear casing and impeller are in glass filled polypropylene/PVDF/SS. Shaft is made of ceramic and guided in carbon filled Teflon bush.
Salient features
These pumps do not have conventional mechanical seals as pump chamber is shielded by casing and impeller is operated by the magnets. Hence these pumps are totally leak proof. These Seal less Pumps are ideal for transfer of chemicals like acids etc. since they are leak proof and made from polypropylene,Totally eliminating outsidecontamination of liquid transferred.
Applications
Thin liquid, electroplating industries, metal finishing machines, ultrasonic cleaners galvanizing, anodizing/plating plants, PCB plate making and coating, etching machines, spark erosion machines.
